This may not be your highest paying job offer. In fact, we know it isn't the most lucrative position out there. The sacrifices that come with Main Stream Medicine paychecks costs clinicians, staff and patients their physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health. Full time practice – we are open to a flexible schedule that will accommodate your lifestyle (… as well as part time)
Malpractice coverage and professional licensing fees reimbursement
Billing and credentialing are provided by the practice
We provide onboarding and training program that supports you through your first 90 days of employment.
Our EMR templates are suited to 2021 E/M Guideline changes.
Hybrid practice model – for now, we request a couple days in the office & the rest is accomplished via telehealth
Every patient’s chart note will be opened for you each day. Each note is pre-populated with the information you need to document accurately and efficiently. Our EMR is user friendly (but has it’s shortcomings just like they all do.)
Well managed support staff; eager to assist you when you need it
Medication refills, patient referrals & visit interval communication are all fielded by support staff.
Administrative forms completed for you
No weekends (unless you desire this to accommodate your schedule) & No call (unless you prefer to cover your patients).
Every patient intake form is accomplished online through our patient portal at least 48 hours prior to appointment. If intake forms are not completed, patient is rescheduled.
No show / cancellation rate is less than 10%. We proactively work our schedule to reduce down time during office hours.
60 minute intakes, 30 minute follow ups. Average of 14 patients seen per day.
