Brandon Webb, EMT, is a dedicated member of the Novus Behavioral Health team who is passionate about creating a supportive environment where patients feel valued, heard, and respected. His approach is rooted in compassion and the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their circumstances.
Brandon understands that seeking mental health support can feel overwhelming, and he strives to help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care experience. He values the importance of creating a calm, welcoming space where individuals feel seen, understood, and treated with kindness.
Outside of work, Brandon is passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. As both a coach and athlete, he travels to compete and teach while continuing to train regularly. He appreciates the mental health benefits of Jiu Jitsu, especially the discipline, sense of community, and support system it provides.
