Jackie Hockett, MA

Jackie is a Certified Medical Assistant at Novus. Originally from West Tennessee, her family received orders to Fort Campbell over 20 years ago.  Because Clarksville is her home she feels called to contribute to the wellness of her community.  Jackie’s 10 years of experience has shown her the importance of being part of a team patients can count on in their time of need.  She thoroughly understands the complexity of prior authorizations and enjoys the success of getting these medications approved whenever possible.   She handles many of the administrative tasks for patients and prides herself in consistently returning calls and messages as efficiently as she can.
